Job Title-Sales Enablement Specialist

Your Role:

As a Go‑to‑Market & Sales Enablement Specialist (B2 role), you will partner closely with global onshore and offshore leaders to drive all GTM initiatives for the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice. You will be responsible for creating high‑impact content, building sales enablement materials, supporting proactive pitches, and developing GTM strategies for new and existing offerings. Your role will require strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams, account executives, and subject-matter experts to deliver compelling, insights-led collateral that supports sales pursuits and enhances client engagement. You will also contribute to sales operations activities by maintaining pipeline data and generating CRM-based reports and dashboards, ensuring seamless and effective GTM execution across the business.

Your Profile:

You are a dynamic and detail‑oriented professional with 4–5 years of experience in Go‑to‑Market, marketing, sales enablement, or similar roles. You excel at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business messaging and creating high‑quality content for sales and internal stakeholders. You thrive in a matrixed environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams across geographies to drive outcomes.

You bring strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and navigate conflicts with ease. You are proficient in MS Office—especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel—and demonstrate curiosity and initiative in conducting market and account research.

Experience in Digital Customer Experience or prior marketing roles is an added advantage, enabling you to contribute effectively to offer launches, GTM activities, and proactive pitch development. Overall, you are a self‑starter with excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for supporting sales success through impactful content and insights.
