Your Role
In this role, you will play a key role in:
- Building responsive and visually appealing UI components and templates within AEM.
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life with pixel‑perfect precision.
- Integrating front‑end components with AEM HTL (Sightly), workflows, and backend services.
- Ensuring excellent performance, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility across digital experiences.
- Supporting content authors with UI enhancements, component usability improvements, and AEM best practices.
- Troubleshooting UI defects, optimizing code, and continuously improving the front‑end architecture.
- Working in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Your Profile:
Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts, and software and solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended. Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects. Certifications: You maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and/or relevant programming tools/language, and relevant methodology.
You are a passionate UI developer with a strong understanding of front‑end engineering principles and hands‑on experience working with AEM-based projects. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring both creativity and technical rigor to building exceptional user experiences.

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Front-end Development
– Experience with AEM components, templates, client libraries, HTL/Sightly, and dispatcher behavior.HTML5, CSS3, and Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
– Strong expertise in building responsive, accessible, and semantic UI.JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
– Ability to integrate SPA components within AEM is a plus.SCSS/SASS, CSS Architecture & Responsive Design
– Experience with modular CSS, design systems, and mobile‑first development.Version Control & Build Tools
– Proficiency with Git, Maven, Webpack, NPM/Yarn, and CI/CD workflows.
