Your role

As a reporting lead within our testing team, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.

You will play a key role in

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Jira and Xray, including advanced proficiency in JQL, test management, and generating comprehensive reports.
• Possess a deep understanding of the end-to-end testing workflow, including test planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead program-level defect triage sessions, coordinating with a broad stakeholder group spanning over 200 application areas.
• Manage the defect lifecycle effectively, with a thorough understanding of defect management processes across a complex client network.

Your profile

• Proven experience managing onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless coordination across locations.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes within tight deadlines across both onshore and offshore environments.
• Hands-on experience using test management tools, including Jira and similar platforms.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities efficiently.
• Commitment to ethical practices, equity, and diversity in all aspects of work.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and liaison skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities, with a focus on structured delivery.
