Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy SAP FICO solutions across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with global R2R process standards.
  • Lead end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report processes, covering GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, tax, and controlling structures (CCA, PCA, COPA).
  • Drive financial close activities, including month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops with finance stakeholders (including CFO‑office stakeholders) to translate business needs into SAP designs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of FICO with SAP MM, SD, PS, and other modules to support complete R2R and downstream processes.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, including configuration documents, test scripts, process flows, and audit/compliance documentation.
  • Lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT) for finance processes, ensuring quality, completeness of scenarios, and readiness for business validation.
  • Support country‑specific tax, regulatory, and statutory compliance, ensuring FICO solution meets local legal requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership for finance transformation, advising CFO organizations on SAP‑enabled R2R optimization and harmonization.
  • Drive cutover, data migration, and readiness activities related to FICO master data, opening balances, and financial structures during deployments.
  • Conduct end‑user training and hypercare support, ensuring smooth adoption, issue resolution, and stabilization post‑go‑live.
  • Oversee audit‑related activities, including evidence preparation, compliance documentation, and internal control alignment.
