Your Role:
As a Bid Manager within the DCX (Digital Customer Experience) practice, you will own and drive end‑to‑end bid and proposal cycles for proactive and reactive opportunities. You will collaborate closely with sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders to build compelling, high‑quality proposals and client presentations. You will be responsible for managing bid governance, integrating content, coordinating contributors, and ensuring responses are compliant, competitive, and aligned to client needs. You will also support collateral creation, market intelligence research, and continuous improvement of templates and knowledge repositories.
