Job Description

Location-Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune

Your Role:

As a Bid Manager within the DCX (Digital Customer Experience) practice, you will own and drive end‑to‑end bid and proposal cycles for proactive and reactive opportunities. You will collaborate closely with sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders to build compelling, high‑quality proposals and client presentations. You will be responsible for managing bid governance, integrating content, coordinating contributors, and ensuring responses are compliant, competitive, and aligned to client needs. You will also support collateral creation, market intelligence research, and continuous improvement of templates and knowledge repositories.

Your Profile:

Proven experience managing CX-related pursuits in Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 IT services organizations for global clients.Strong understanding of bid management, proposal development, content curation, and pursuit governance.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and leadership.Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured repositories of proposals and presales assets.Passion for sales and solution‑selling dynamics, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.Technical background in MS Technologies, Java, or Mobile Development (preferred).Exposure to Salesforce, MS‑DX CRM, Commerce (B2B/B2C), UI/Front-end, Mobile Apps, Pega, AEM, or Sitecore (a plus).Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science; certifications or MBA in Sales/Marketing are desirable.
