Job Description

  • End‑to‑end design of Order‑to‑Cash processes, including sales order management, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Functional configuration of SAP SD, covering sales document types, item categories, schedule lines, billing types, pricing procedures, output determination, ATP, and credit checks.
  • Integration design and oversight with FI (billing & revenue posting), MM (stock availability), and third‑party systems (IDocs, EDI, interfaces).
  • Creation of functional specifications for custom developments such as enhancements, reports, forms, and interfaces.
  • UAT planning and execution, including test case preparation, test cycles, defect tracking, and business sign‑off.
  • Production support leadership, managing incidents and service requests related to orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and IDoc failures.
  • Master data governance oversight, including customer master, pricing records, material determination, and partner functions.
  • Cutover planning & migration support, including migration of customer master data, pricing, and open sales documents.
  • Stakeholder engagement & communication, collaborating with business SMEs, cross‑functional teams, CXOs, and IT leadership to ensure delivery alignment.
  • Process improvement & best‑practice adoption, driving continuous optimization of OTC processes and recommending S/4HANA capabilities where relevant.
