YOUR ROLE

As part of the Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will work on new solutions on a regular basis and collaborate with the rest of the team to bring value to our customers, leveraging our extensive global network of experts and our vast repository of solutions and accelerators. Your role will include:

  • Working with business stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into tailored Salesforce solutions;
  • Analyzing and understanding complex business processes, working with Solution Architects to map them back to the Salesforce platform/product ecosystem;
  • Implementing Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and promoting the use of standard Salesforce features;
  • Working in global development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment, often collaborating with team members both offshore and onshore;
  • Maintaining effective client relations and rapport – delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 4+ years of professional experience as IT consultant or Business Analyst, with hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform;
  • Previous experience working in close collaboration with development teams to implement or administer a Salesforce Application;
  • Certified as Salesforce App Builder or Salesforce Consultant, hands-on experience with Agentforce, and familiar with the standard Salesforce functionality, preferably Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud;
  • Good knowledge of delivery methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Agile, Waterfall), and application lifecycle management;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluent in English and German.
