Your Role
- Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB, along with developing workflows and scripts.
- Design, build, deploy, and test global and scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Contribute to integration activities, custom application development, and front‑end development using modern technologies.
- Work within Agile (Scrum) and DevOps environments to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and UI/front‑end technologies.
- Proficient with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS (mandatory)
Your Profile
- 2–8 years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
- 2–3+ years of coding/scripting experience, preferably in JavaScript and AngularJS.
- Good to have:Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA) – strongly preferred Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM & CMDB) – strongly preferred
