Claims Management
ROLE
We are Seeking a skilled Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in Promo Planning, Collections & Cash Application, and Claims Management, along with strong expertise in SAP and Advanced Excel. The role involves supporting business operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring accurate financial transactions and reporting.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Manage and support Promotional Planning activities, including validation, tracking, and reconciliation of promotional spend
- Handle Collections and Cash Application processes, ensuring timely posting and clearing of customer payments
- Manage Claims Management activities, including deductions, validations, approvals, and settlements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies related to promotions, deductions, and claims
- Utilize SAP (FI / SD / CO depending on scope) for transaction processing, reporting, and issue resolution
- Prepare detailed reports, trackers, and analysis using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards)
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standard operating procedures
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong functional knowledge of Promo Planning, O2C – Collections, Cash Application, and Claims Management
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI / AR / SD modules preferred)
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
