Your Role
- Plan and oversee program execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, and overall progress are well managed.
- Manage budgets and resources, allocating them efficiently across projects within the program.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, resolving conflicts and driving corrective actions when needed.
- Lead and communicate effectively with stakeholders, motivating cross‑functional teams toward common objectives.
- Coordinate and document program activities, ensuring smooth integration of multiple projects and maintaining key program documentation.
Your Profile
- 12+ years of experience in program planning and execution, with strong ability to define program roadmaps and monitor end‑to‑end progress.
- Proven expertise in managing program budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring financial control across multiple projects.
- Strong capability in risk identification, mitigation planning, and resolving conflicts to maintain program stability and delivery success.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders, motivate cross‑functional teams, and drive alignment toward program goals.
- Extensive experience in coordinating multi‑project environments and managing essential program documentation for governance and audit readiness.
