REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+YOE administering and supporting NAS/SAN/DAS environments with solid troubleshooting of performance, capacity, and availability issues.
• Practical experience with at least two of the following: Dell EMC/IBM, Infinidat, NetApp, and Cohesity
• Able to work in 24x7 support, handling monitoring, alert triage, escalation, and incident remediation for storage systems; strong familiarity with change, incident, and problem management (ITIL-friendly).
• Ability to implement, maintain, monitor, and tune storage environments (e.g., throughput, latency, IOPS), analyze logs/metrics, and optimize Storage Array/NAS performance.
• Experience creating support/runbooks, SOPs, service readiness documentation and partnering with project teams to meet Conditions of Satisfaction
• Professional communication in English.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Play a key role in Business Continuity Planning and DR strategy
• Provide 24x7 IT operations support in a team on a rotation and on-call basis
• Perform change management and incident management for enterprise storage systems
• Develop an understanding of project engagement processes (Service Readiness) and partner with project teams on Conditions of Satisfaction deliverables including support documentation
• Basic monitors, escalates, and re-mediate NAS & SAN device/application {access, performance, events} alerts to identify/ potential incidents
• BAsic expertise in Dell EMC/IBM, Infinidat, NetApp, and Cohesity systems
• Provide storage provisioning for NAS/CAS/SAN systems
• Providing L1 DAS, SAN, NAS Configuring and administering support and expertise as it relates to the storage environment as needed
• Implement, maintain, monitor, performance tuning and upgrade Network Attached Storage (NAS) environment
• Storage Array/NAS Performance
