Your Role
- As a Transition Manager, you will drive the full lifecycle of service transitions, ensuring seamless movement of processes, people, and operations between locations or providers. You will coordinate all transition activities, safeguard service continuity, and maintain strong communication with both internal and client stakeholders.
- You will shape transition solutions in collaboration with bid teams, architects, and solution specialists. You will be accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level — defining the transition approach, scope, milestones, risks, contingency plans, financials, and resource needs.
- Your responsibilities include identifying changes in scope, securing client agreement, and recognizing opportunities to extend or improve services. You will contribute to proposals, create compelling value propositions, and partner with transformation teams to align transition solutions with Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM) standards.
Your Profile
- You have 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in service transitions, preferably in third‑party environments across organizations such as TCS, Wipro, Accenture, WNS, HCL, CTS, etc. You bring strong delivery experience and a clear understanding of transition methodologies, risks, governance models, and client‑facing activities.
- You have a solid background in Project Management, experience managing transition programs end‑to‑end, and exposure to solutioning activities, RFP participation, bid processes, and transition plan design. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Green Belt are an advantage but not mandatory.
- You can confidently articulate transition approaches, challenges, and best practices. You are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring that milestones, deliverables, and KPIs are met. You also demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to maintain quality while working in fast‑paced, global project environments.
