Job Description
1. Security Governance & Compliance
- Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) aligned with least-privilege principles.
- Design and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
- Assess and mitigate security risks within the Oracle ERP Cloud environment.
- Maintain audit controls, including audit trails and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure alignment with compliance standards such as GDPR, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
- Configure and implement Oracle Risk Management and Compliance modules for access control, control automation, and reporting.
2. Security Design & Implementation
- Design and configure custom job, data, abstract, and duty roles across Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP, SCM, OTL).
- Map security roles to business requirements across Finance, HR, Procurement, and other functional areas.
- Configure and implement security settings for user access, roles, and permissions.
- Manage users, groups, and associated access rights.
3. Collaboration & Support
- Partner with functional areas (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to understand security needs and support implementations or enhancements.
- Provide security support during module rollouts such as Recruitment Cloud and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support to troubleshoot security issues.
4. Testing & Validation
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT for new or updated roles.
- Perform impact analysis on security changes across modules.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize role design and reduce excessive or redundant access.
- Stay current with Oracle updates, patches, and best practices related to Fusion Security.
What You'll Bring
- Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including:
- Financials
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Procurement
- Human Capital Management (HCM): CoreHR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Security Console
- Abstract, Job, Duty, and Data roles
- Role inheritance and data security policies
- HCM Transaction Security Profiles
- Person Security Profiles
- Configuration and security expertise in:
- Payroll
- CoreHR
- Recruitment Cloud
- Talent Management
- OTL
2. Cloud Architecture & Security
- Experience with Oracle Cloud architecture (configurations, data flows, security).
- Knowledge of Fusion Cloud Security principles.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and Cloud Console for Oracle PaaS/IaaS system security.
- Familiarity with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) or similar identity/access management tools.
3. Integration Technologies
- Proficiency with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- BI Publisher
- REST/SOAP APIs
4. Database & Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of databases in the context of Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and Visio for process and architecture diagrams.
5. Governance & Compliance
- Experience with custom Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks.
- Compliance-oriented mindset (e.g., SOX, Cybersecurity).
6. Business Process Knowledge
- Understanding of workflows and business processes across HR, Payroll, Procurement, and Finance.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 86,000 - 149,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
