Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Windows operating systems and retail POS environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with software deployment tools (e.g., Kaseya, SCCM, Marimba, Intune,).
• Deep knowledge of Splunk, including dashboard creation, SPL queries, and administration.
• Hands-on experience with POS hardware and system configuration.
• Familiarity with networking principles related to POS systems (e.g., VPNs, firewalls, IP configurations).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail IT environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
