Our department is offering a range of thesis topics at the intersection of UX research, service design, AI, and organizational strategy. Explore how design can shape the future of products, teams, and businesses:

• Improving UX Research Workflows with Supportive AI & Smart Tooling
  
  At Capgemini Group IT, UX researchers operate in a complex Microsoft 365 landscape. This thesis focuses on enhancing workflows by designing and testing supportive AI and smart tools. You will build a proof of concept based on the Phase 1 research/advisory report, test it with our research team, and evaluate its impact on cognitive load, usability, trust, and workflow efficiency. Ideal for Master’s students in UX/HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Interaction Design, or AI & Society.

The intern will join our Group IT UX department, a diverse team spread across Sweden, the USA, India, the UK, Austria, and the Netherlands. We mainly work in a remote-first environment, collaborating across time zones and cultures, with your supervisor available online and in person every second week for direct guidance. Must-haves:

• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program (e.g., UX, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psycology, Business IT, or similar)
• Strong command of English (spoken and written), as it is the main working language
• Availability for a full-time internship (32–40 hours per week)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Interest in UX, design, and/or AI-driven innovation
