Your Profile
We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in API testing using Rest Assured, BDD frameworks like Cucumber, and UI automation. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI testing.
- Implement API automation using Rest Assured for RESTful services.
- Develop BDD test scripts using Cucumber and integrate them with automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
Your Profile
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing using automation tools.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize scripts for performance and reliability.
- Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Strong programming skills in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Rest Assured for API automation.
- Expertise in BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
- Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
- Good understanding of HTTP/REST, JSON/XML, and web services.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
