Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Digital, Mobile, Wealth, or Financial Planning projects.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, engage with senior stakeholders, and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
• Drive end-to-end business analysis processes, from requirement gathering to solution implementation.
• Lead large-scale, complex transformation projects, ensuring alignment goals and successful delivery.
• Utilize project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Excel to track progress and manage requirements.
• Work within Agile or Waterfall methodologies and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of business solutions.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports, presentations, and updates for senior management.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Life Insurance.
• Proven experience in transformation initiatives, ideally within financial services.
• Strong end-to-end business analysis knowledge and experience in complex, large-scale projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convince and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel.
• Strong communication and articulation skills, with experience in engaging directly with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in banking Change Framework (Desirable).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Background in Wealth Management or Financial Planning tools and platforms.
