Job Description

Mandatory -

1. Experience in routing and switching

2. Working knowledge of Network Security protocols as well as exposure towards different cloud technologies

3. Experience in Cisco Meraki is a plus

4. Configuration experience of Video protocols

5. Willing to work in 24*7 environment

6. Communication: Clear updates to stakeholders and coordination with cross-functional teams.

7. Process Discipline: Adherence to SOPs and SLA timelines.

Good to have -

1. Knowledge of CRM tools - Salesforce and Remedy is a plus

2. Basic ITIL Foundation & CCNA/CCNP
