YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Engagement Manager to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure;
- Coordinate activities between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring effective communication and deliverable integration;
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and financial reports, ensuring compliance with contracts and objectives;
- Act as the primary operational and technical point of contact for the client, handling escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Manage risks and changes (Change Control), including impact on timelines and resources;
- Support the definition of roadmaps and service evolution, aligning with the client’s strategic vision;
- Lead governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure structured handover at project closure;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in technology environments;
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2);
- Experience in financial management and margin control (TCV, P&L, cash flow);
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow;
- Certifications are a plus;
- Fluent in English (minimum C1).
