YOUR ROLE
As a Marketing Junior Operations Consultant within Capgemini's in-house agency MACS (Marketing And Creative Services), you will play a vital role in supporting our team with administrative and operational tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in marketing operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a global environment. You'll help maintain databases, collaborate with external vendors, prepare reports, and assist with contract management, all while learning about our marketing processes and systems. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who are eager to grow in a dynamic marketing operations environment.
YOUR TASKS
- Supporting our marketing operations with essential administrative tasks including subscription database maintenance, expense reconciliation, and client feedback tracking.
- Collaborating with external service providers like creative agencies and printers while ensuring adherence to our internal procedures.
- Preparing various reports and tracking time records to help the team maintain efficiency.
- Drafting contracts using company systems and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Working alongside senior team members to learn about our operations, billing schemes, and reporting requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
- You possess B2/C1-level English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
- You have experience in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and geographies.
- You have good knowledge of MS Excel and can work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- You have Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- You have proactive approach with the ability to suggest new ideas.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a corporate marketing function or creative agency.
- Familiarity with tools like Teamwork.com, Office 365, or Co-Pilot.
