Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer with extensive experience in designing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver robust solutions in both online and on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security models and out-of-the-box configurations for MS Dynamics 365.
- Develop and customize Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Forms, and perform CRM Administration.
- Hands-on development using C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD Developer Toolkit.
- Design and develop SQL Server components, including SSRS and SSIS for data-tier services.
- Implement console jobs, JavaScripts, and plugins for CRM customization.
- Integrate MS CRM with third-party systems using Middleware tools (KingswaySoft), APIs, REST/OData, Web APIs, and SSIS packages.
- Utilize Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus) for integrations and work with PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for upstream/downstream system integrations.
- Set up and manage DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms using standard DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Handle analysis, coding, testing, and quality processes for assigned tasks.
- Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend best-fit solutions.
Required Qualifications:-
- 8–10 years of professional experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and customization.
- Strong technical skills in MS Dynamics 365 and earlier versions (online & on-premises).
- Expertise in security model design, customizations, and CRM administration.
- Proficiency in C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and developer toolkit.
- Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls.
- Knowledge of DevOps pipeline setup for CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work independently.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
