Your Role

We are seeking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of end to end Learning & Development activities.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Handle the client communication and client Reporting part.
  • Handle the complex problem raised by client and provide solution.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end to end training management, employee requests according to the project deadlines
  • Provide expected quality of deliverables.
  • Interaction with Client daily via phone and email, work on resolving L&D related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date.
  • The role purpose is also to ensure knowledge sharing with other team members and work coordination in the team.
  • Strong Analytical skills for the reporting.
  • Technology troubleshooting skills.

Your Profile

  • Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments (amounts, licenses, vouchers, and learning credits, other training products) to meet contractual thresholds.
  • Monitors progress toward reaching commitment thresholds and provides status reporting to Contract Management core team.
  • Raises iSOWs for regional commitments; raises PO for signed off contracts
  • Cooperates with Procurement and Finance teams to finalize contracts.
  • Allots licenses/amounts/vouchers/learning credits etc. per finalized regional commitments.
  • Works with and escalates issues to L&D contract owners as needed.
  • Maintains related process documentation and procedures (updates if required).
  • Maintains additional purchase of licenses or vouchers or any other products under the contract..
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factors Learning would be an advantage.
  • Be responsible for all deliverables.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach junior Learning Admin.
  • Handle client communication and reporting.
  • Complete assigned ticket within the deadline.
  • Manage the schedule for the small team.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and business acumen skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible working in night shifts
