YOUR ROLE

• Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team, ensuring best practices and high‑quality standards.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in on‑premise and/or hybrid environments.
• Develop, optimize, and monitor ETL processes.
• Integrate multiple data sources: SQL, Oracle, MySQL, IBM Informix, among others.
• Develop data solutions using Python, delivering reliable data models and reports.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, including work in on‑premise environments.
• Strong Python skills and hands‑on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, NiFi, SSIS).
• Experience with relational databases; NoSQL knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to design data models and support reporting requirements.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills and a strong results‑driven mindset.
