Your Role
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set milestones, and allocate resources.
- Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration.
- Communicate project expectations and progress to stakeholders; manage vendor and client relationships.
- Conduct risk assessments, devise mitigation strategies, and manage changes in project scope.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- 9–12 years in IT project management with exposure to change and risk management.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SDLC, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban).
- Leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and excellent communication.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum highly valued; ITIL knowledge preferred.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
