• 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022).
• Proven expertise in designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining Windows Server infrastructure for enterprise environments.
• Skilled in installation, configuration, and administration of Windows operating systems and related software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Strong ability to evaluate system specifications, troubleshoot hardware/software compatibility issues, and resolve complex operating problems.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, recommending solutions, and performing necessary system upgrades.
• Experienced in backup and security strategy planning, including implementation of robust disaster recovery and business continuity measures.
• Expertise in server patch management, including applying security patches, firmware upgrades, hotfixes, service packs, and version upgrades.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP environments for OS support and patching requirements.
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation for system administration tasks; exposure to other scripting languages.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI (Private Key Infrastructure), and Group Policy management.
• Strong collaboration skills for project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of IT services and infrastructure solutions.

Your Role

• Develop and implement backup and security strategies, including disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate on IT projects, providing technical expertise for server infrastructure and cloud integration.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Group Policies, ensuring secure and compliant environments.
• Support hybrid and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, GCP) for OS patching and integration.
