The role requires a solid understanding of technology risk frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide risk management, compliance, and assurance support across regulatory initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to influence and drive risk and compliance strategies.
- Apply technology risk and compliance frameworks to financial market applications.
- Plan and prioritize tasks to manage multiple work streams effectively.
- Deliver clear communication and presentations to senior stakeholders.
Experience, Background, Qualifications, and Certifications
- Extensive experience in Risk, Compliance, Assurance, and Regulatory areas.
- Professional consulting experience in risk management, preferably with a Big4 or similar large consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of Technology Risk and Compliance frameworks.
- Proven communication and presentation skills with stakeholder engagement experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work streams simultaneously.
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, PRINCE2, or Agile are preferred.
- Technology risk experience in financial markets applications is essential.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with Data Analytics and Reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Technology Audit and Assurance practices.
- Coaching and leadership capabilities.
