Your Role
Please note that our office will be closed from 20 December 2025 and will reopen on 12 January 2026. Responsibilities:
- Undertaking/Leading process definition, requirements gathering and gap analysis of current vs future state processes with key customer stakeholders
- Applying knowledge of ServiceNow functional OOTB capabilities to guide customer stakeholders in identifying and prioritising business requirements (e.g.: ITSM processes, forms definition, user groups, workflows, business services and UX/UI requirements)
- Applying ITIL and ServiceNow ITSM best practice principles to support effective process design
- Participate in business stakeholder workshops and showcases Provide Subject Matter Expertise
Your Profile
Mandatory Skills and Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Administration
- ServiceNow CIS ITSM
- ITIL V4 Foundation
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Business/Functional Analyst preferably in Service Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering applications using the ServiceNow platform (at least one of ITSM/ITOM, CSM, GRC, HR)
- At least 1 current ServiceNow certification
- ITIL certified or other recognised Industry certification or skill (e.g.: BPMN)
- Tertiary Qualification (at least Bachelor level) in a relevant discipline
