We are seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to lead large-scale programs and multiple engagements in Run & Build environments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing delivery for 200+ resources,
driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Delivery Management:
o Manage end-to-end delivery for large programs and multiple engagements.
o Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with adherence to quality standards.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives in delivery management.
• Financial Management:
o Manage budgets and optimize costs.
o Forecast and monitor Contribution Margin (CM).
• Stakeholder Management:
o Build and maintain high-trust relationships with clients and internal leadership.
o Act as a single point of contact for escalations and governance.
• Risk & Issue Management:
o Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues proactively.
• Leadership & People Management:
o Lead diverse teams, set goals, and maintain resource pyramid structure.
o Foster a team-oriented and self-reliant work culture.
• Strategic Planning & Transformation:
o Align delivery with business objectives and drive transformation initiatives.
o Adopt automation, analytics, and digital tools for delivery improvement.
• Process Governance:
o Ensure compliance with delivery frameworks and best practices.
o Maintain excellent understanding of standard processes.
• Cross-BU Collaboration:
o Coordinate across multiple business units and geographies.
Ideal Candidate
He/She/They will have 16+ years of experience with a strong project track record
This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include:
• Proven experience in Delivery Management for large-scale programs (200+ resources).
• Strong background in ADM (Application Development & Maintenance).
• Experience managing Run & Build engagements.
• Worked in onshore and offshore delivery models.
• In-depth professional experience in IT Service Management.
• Ability to craft and develop business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Technical & Professional Skills
• Knowledge of ITIL or Service Management.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions
