Job Description

What will you be doing?


As a Client Insights Analyst supporting our premier retail partner, CVS Health, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Leveraging Circana’s cutting-edge analytics platform, Unify, you will analyze syndicated and POS data, uncover trends, and craft compelling narratives that align with CVS’s business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to become part of the team delivering insights for a high-profile client and gain exposure to a wide array of data solutions and retail strategies.
Responsibilities:


You will be expected to:

Deliver Insightful Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating findings into clear, strategic recommendations.

Data Integrity & Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data outputs, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner.

Data Visualization and Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards using data visualization principles to transform complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Project Management: Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources to meet deadlines effectively.


Qualifications


We’re looking for candidates who bring a strong analytical foundation and a passion for retail and consumer behavior:

Minimum 3 years of experience in syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields.

Background in marketing, sales, or analytics within a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) company or similar environment.

Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business implications.

Proficiency in business math and data interpretation.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Experience working in a consultative capacity with clients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and functions

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating and delivering presentations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.


Skills:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with statistical methods and structured data; knowledge of JavaScript and python is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with correlation analysis, regression analysis, A/B testing using Python

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
