Job Description
What we are looking for:
- Hands-on development experience using C#.NET
- Desirable: C++ knowledge or at least flexibility to work on C++;
- Desirable some programming experience on JavaScript and XML;
- Must know Release Management/CICD practices;
- Good Knowledge of Git and TeamCity. (good to have knowledge on Jira);
- Ability to triage and detail out market support/defect tickets;
- Willing to be an individual contributor to solve critical and high priority tickets
- Assist other team members on technical challenges;
- Ability to handle/coordinate with different client's stakeholders;
- Deliver quality while keeping deadlines and following standard best practices;
- Gather functional, operational and technical requirements for the defects/CRs;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Good communication skills: Work closely with business teams, development teams, COE teams and quality teams for project requirements;
- Functional and system testing and testing methodologies is an added advantage (good to have knowledge of Cypress);
- Facilitate environment readiness preparation, validation;
- Good organization skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, sometimes ambiguous environment.
