Job Description
· Experience with specific Maximo modules like Maximo Health, Predict, Scheduler, and Visual Inspection, as well as deployment models (on-premises, SaaS, hybrid, and container-based environments).
· Lead in bridging general technical requirements with the specific capabilities of the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform to ensure scalable, efficient, and secure enterprise solutions.
· Oversee the development and implementation of the technical solutions, architectural standards, and governance frameworks.
· Perform code reviews and provide expert guidance to junior team members.
· Assist in design and deploying Maximo interfaces with Maximo Integration Framework.
· Evaluate, Configuration, and customization of IBM Maximo Mobile Application.
· Design and develop user interface, reports and drive security following best practices.
· Identifying and mitigating technical risks, monitoring and optimizing system performance.
· Experience in Automation Script, Reporting, Administration, and Integration.
· Assist Maximo Workflow design, development, and troubleshooting.
· Provide guidance and mentoring of fellow Maximo developers and other team members.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Qualifications:
· 14 to 16 years Maximo experience, including version 8.x.
· 2+ end-to-end Maximo migrations/upgrades from scratch.
· Proven experience working with the Maximo Manage (EAM core functionality) and practical experience with at least two of the following applications: Maximo Health, Predict, Visual Inspection, or Scheduler.
· Strong understanding of EAM/CMMS principles and maintenance workflows.
· Experience with data integration concepts and using various data sources (IoT data, sensor readings, maintenance history) to drive decisions.
· Proficiency in utilizing graphical interfaces for scheduling and visual model training.
Technical Expertise:
· Hands-on understanding of the MAS 8/9 platform is essential.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Jython, and SQL.
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server), and IT infrastructure.
Soft Skills:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
· Advanced problem-solving aptitude to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
· Strong leadership and project management skills to guide teams, manage timelines, and ensure project delivery within deadlines.
