Position Summary:
This role is accountable for shaping and executing the organization’s data and AI strategy to deliver intelligent, scalable, and future-ready solutions. It will lead the creation of strong data foundations through Master Data Management and Data Governance, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance across the enterprise. The position will also design and optimize modern data architectures on hyperscaler platforms, enabling advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities that unlock actionable insights and accelerate innovation. Ultimately, this role ensures that data and AI initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the enterprise data and AI strategy to enable intelligent, scalable, and future-ready solutions for our engagements
- Establish robust data foundations through Master Data Management and Data Governance, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance across the organization
- Design and optimize modern data architectures on hyperscaler platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) to support advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities
- Drive AI adoption and innovation, leveraging data to unlock actionable insights and accelerate transformation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across functional areas to ensure data capabilities deliver measurable business outcomes
- Integrate automation as an enabler, complementing data and AI initiatives to enhance agility and efficiency
- Champion best practices and standards for data quality, governance, and architecture to support enterprise-wide scalability
- Enable and maximize billability
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solution architecture for Data and AI platforms, including hyperscaler environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of enterprise processes and functional domains to ensure data strategies support business objectives (Finance and Supply Chain expertise is complementary but not primary for this role)
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and advanced analytics
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
Success Metrics:
- Increase in billable hours and project revenue directly attributable to the architect’s Data & AI solutions
- Increased deal closure rates through compelling solution design
- Demonstrated ROI for clients via measurable operational improvements
- Adoption of AI-driven solutions across targeted business functions

The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is [recruiter to insert salary range]. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
