ServiceNow Platform Architect
Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect with extensive consultative and hands-on experience, including a proven track record of successful deployments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their in-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform by working hand-in-hand with our customers, and platform developers in ensuring that the right solution is implanted that meets best in class technical and practical standards.
As a Platform Architect you will be a technical consultant working to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will provide best practice platform guidance for our clients, as well as work closely with key members of the Capgemini project team to ensure a timely and technically sound implementation or enhancement of the ServiceNow platform
Key Qualifications:
· Minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect
· Demonstrated level of expertise with JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript API's
· Ability to create custom business rules and client scripts, including UI policies/scripts, ACLs, and Data Policies
· Extensive Architect and/or Developer level experience with at least two primary ServiceNow applications, including
o ITSM
o SPM
o CSM
o ITOM
o HR
o GRC
o ITAM
o Employee Center Portal
o Integration Hub (including integration development utilizing REST, SOAP, etc.)
· Create overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations that aligns with customer business requirements
· Contribute and actively participate in Scrum calls
· Build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset
· Provide technical best practices, architecture and code review
· Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving.
· Remain innovative, creative, self-directed…a great leader and team player with a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks
· Maintain current certifications, keep up to date on all Delta releases
Additional Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years IT related experience
· CSA Certification required
· ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is a plus
· External Client consulting experience highly preferred
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
· Experience leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proven leadership ability

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $83,600 to $170,040. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
