Looking for Planview Suite Expert to join us for a fulltime, role in Troy, MI
We are seeking a highly experienced Planview Suite Expert with in-depth knowledge of Planview Portfolios, Agile Place, Projects, and Idea Place. This role involves integration, architectural enhancements, and advanced report generation, along with database management to support enterprise-level project management and portfolio planning. You will be responsible for optimizing the use of Planview tools, collaborating with IT teams, and ensuring seamless integration within business workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Deep understanding and implementation of Planview Portfolios, Agile Place, Projects, and Idea Place.
Strategic utilization of Planview capabilities to enhance enterprise project management and portfolio planning.
Design and implement enterprise-level integrations between Planview and other business systems.
Develop and optimize Planview architecture, including resource structures, hierarchies, and workflows.
Ensure seamless data flow between Planview and external tools using APIs and middleware solutions.
Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities within Planview, including forecasting, compliance tracking, and governance reporting.
Development of custom dashboards for project and portfolio insights.
Ability to automate report generation and optimize database queries for improved performance.
Required Skills:
Expertise in database structures and optimization related to Planview data management.
Proficiency in SQL queries, data extraction, and performance tuning for enterprise reporting.
Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability within Planview environments.
Assist project managers in leveraging Planview tools for portfolio optimization, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
Facilitate Project Review Meetings (PRMs) by preparing agendas, meeting notes, and stakeholder updates.
Provide guidance on Agile and Waterfall methodologies within Planview.
Conduct training sessions for Planview users at various organizational levels.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business leaders, and project managers.
Ensure best practices are followed for Planview system usage and governance.
Expertise in Planview Portfolios, Agile Place, Projects, and Idea Place.
Strong experience in integration, system architecture, and workflow automation.
Advanced knowledge of report generation, forecasting, and analytics.
Proficiency in database management, SQL queries, and data optimization.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to train users and provide technical support
