What you’ll do?

  • Client Communication & Issue Resolution
  • Lead customer calls and manage client communications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex and priority issues within SLA.
  • Provide on-call support during business and non-business hours.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Work with cross-module interfaces and ALE/IDOC.
  • Debug and analyze interface failures end-to-end.
  • Operations
  • Manage order entry, processing, and customer order information.
  • Handle ATP checks and EDI/email outputs for documents like 855, 856, and Smart Forms.
  • Master Data Management
  • Maintain customer, pricing, CMIR, material master data.
  • Configure key Z tables and output setups.
  • Logistics
  • Oversee order dropping to BY (presumably Blue Yonder).
  • Manage BY interfaces for transportation completion in SAP.
  • Billing & Returns
  • Process invoices, credits, debits, and returns.
  • Manage batch jobs and manual releases by AR.
  • Configure outputs for 810 EDI/email or Smart Forms.
  • Production Support

What you’ll bring:

  • This role involves providing expert-level support for SAP operations, focusing on order management, logistics, invoicing, and master data. The candidate must possess strong client communication skills to lead customer calls and resolve complex, high-priority issues within SLA. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP cross-module interfaces, ALE/IDOC, and the ability to work independently with technical and business leads, including during on-call hours.
