What you’ll do?
- Client Communication & Issue Resolution
- Lead customer calls and manage client communications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex and priority issues within SLA.
- Provide on-call support during business and non-business hours.
- Technical Expertise
- Work with cross-module interfaces and ALE/IDOC.
- Debug and analyze interface failures end-to-end.
- Operations
- Manage order entry, processing, and customer order information.
- Handle ATP checks and EDI/email outputs for documents like 855, 856, and Smart Forms.
- Master Data Management
- Maintain customer, pricing, CMIR, material master data.
- Configure key Z tables and output setups.
- Logistics
- Oversee order dropping to BY (presumably Blue Yonder).
- Manage BY interfaces for transportation completion in SAP.
- Billing & Returns
- Process invoices, credits, debits, and returns.
- Manage batch jobs and manual releases by AR.
- Configure outputs for 810 EDI/email or Smart Forms.
- Production Support
What you’ll bring:
- This role involves providing expert-level support for SAP operations, focusing on order management, logistics, invoicing, and master data. The candidate must possess strong client communication skills to lead customer calls and resolve complex, high-priority issues within SLA. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP cross-module interfaces, ALE/IDOC, and the ability to work independently with technical and business leads, including during on-call hours.
