YOUR ROLE
As a Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant in our Enterprise Data and Analytics practice, you will:
- Independently manage significant project components and drive client engagement in Data & AI Strategy, Data Literacy, Data Governance, and Data Quality;
- Lead delivery of advanced ED&A offers, such as Data-Driven Business Models, Responsible Automation, and Agentic/GenAI at Scale;
- Advise clients on AI-Ready Data Governance, ethical AI, and human-in-the-loop collaboration models.
Your typical activities with clients and our Capgemini community will extend:
- Managing client relationships for your workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction;
- Leading workshops and facilitate discussions on data strategy, AI adoption, and data monetization;
- Mentoring junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing;
- Supporting the development of new ED&A offerings and thought leadership;
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation for clients.
Working with specific industry clients, this might result in project activities as outlined in the following examples:
- Life Sciences: Lead workshops on AI-ready data governance for regulatory submissions, or manage the implementation of explainable AI systems for patient safety analytics.
- Consumer Products and Retail: Advise on data monetization strategies, or lead the design of responsible automation for supply chain optimization.
- Financial Services: Manage the delivery of AI-first transformation projects, or advise on ethical AI governance for algorithmic decision-making.
- Manufacturing/Public Sector: Lead deployment of agentic AI for production optimization or advise on human-in-the-loop AI for public service delivery.
YOUR PROFILE
- 4+ years’ experience, with proven ability to manage client projects and mentor others;
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to bridge business and technology;
- Experience with data management, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI;
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to build networks within the team and with clients;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and either German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) is mandatory on the C1 level minimum.
