Role Description

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure in Network and Data Center environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Manage and monitor network performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
• Ensure network security through proper configuration and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance for network-related incidents.
• Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.

Role Requirements

1. Must have active CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification. Any active CCNP level certification can be considered, but routing and switching are required.

2. Has 4 to 5 years' experience in a network engineering role. 4 years of solid work experience supporting WAN (Wide Area Network) and LAN (Local Area Network) environments is required.

3. Solid background/experience with network operating systems (Cisco IOS/IOS-XR/IOS-XE/NX-OS, JUNOS) is required.

4. Strong knowledge and experience with network device platforms such as Cisco Catalyst, ISR, ASR, Nexus, Wireless, and Aruba Wireless is also required.

5. The candidate must have good communication skills.

6. Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Mall of Asia Business Complex, Pasay City.

7. Must be open to rotating schedules, including graveyard shifts.
