Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, complex Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Benefits, and will be responsible for managing client relationships, project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and team coordination across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management
o Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership.
o Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
o Manage expectations and resolve escalations proactively.
• Program Management
o Lead end-to-end delivery of HCM Cloud projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
o Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting.
o Coordinate across functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Solution Oversight
o Guide solution design and configuration for Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, and Benefits.
o Good to have knowledge on leading integration platforms, exposure on OIC
o Understanding on HCM Cloud Migrations strategies using HCM Data Loader or bulk APIs
o Ensure alignment with business requirements and Oracle Cloud best practices.
o Review deliverables for quality and completeness.
• Team Leadership
o Manage cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and testers.
o Mentor and coach team members to ensure high performance and growth.
o Foster a collaborative and accountable project culture.
• Governance & Compliance
o Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and compliance standards.
o Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive updates.
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in HCM implementations, with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale HCM projects with multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, and Benefits functionality.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in change management and organizational readiness.
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Knowledge of global HR processes and compliance requirements. Experience in Financial Services industry is preferred.
