We’ll expose you to a range of roles from Technical Architect to Database Administrator, so you can decide where your future lies.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

  • Empower Clients with Package-Based Solutions: Leverage platforms like Salesforce to ensure that technology not only fulfils an organisation’s functional needs but drives its success.

  • Create Bespoke Applications: Design, configure, and customise complex applications that align with each client’s unique requirements.

  • Expand Your Expertise: Continuously develop new features and master emerging technologies for your designated cloud platform, pushing boundaries and expanding the depth of your knowledge.

  • Understand and capable of using object-oriented programming (Java, C# etc) and understand the basics of cloud computing.

  • Salesforce experience (preferable)

  • Plenty of excitement about the power of technology, and the effect it can have on business – along with the capacity to learn more about Salesforce technologies in a fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding communication skills – our clients need to feel confident that you understand their requirements and represent the best of Capgemini.
