YOUR ROLE

As a NOC Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our IT network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deploying and inspecting IT network systems within the NOC environment.
• Monitoring system performance, capacity, and availability.
• Performing routine checks on network hardware and software.
• Responding promptly to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues in collaboration with the network team.
• Documenting incidents and compiling detailed reports.
• Managing system backups and enforcing network security protocols.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
• Availability of working in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Good level of English and Spanish
