YOUR ROLE

In this role, you'll help our clients achieve measurable improvements in their order-to-deliver performance through innovative SAP S/4HANA implementations. You'll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, creating transformative outcomes that drive real business value.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead clients through O2D transformations into SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Support clients in greenfield, brownfield and mix and match implementations using various methodologies, including specific template creation and roll-out approach.
  • Identification and implementation of O2D specific functionalities within (but not limited to) order management, logistics, global trade management.
  • Define and execute project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure completion against goals.
  • Engage in sales activities, support service offerings identification, and develop RFP responses.
  • Manage the quality of implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Project/Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments.
  • SAP Certified Specialist in Sales and Distribution (SD) module and proven track record of managing at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
  • Awareness of SAP business process best practices in Sales in distribution area (order management, logistics, global trade management, customer service).
  • Process modelling experience (tool agnostic).
  • Ability to review and advise for integration points in connection to SD.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at the managerial level, managing diverse interests and expectations.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good command of the English language in both spoken and written form.
  • Ability to travel.
