YOUR ROLE
Join our dynamic Insights & Data team—over 400 professionals delivering cutting-edge, data-driven solutions. Be part of our AI Observability & Reliability initiative, delivering cutting-edge solutions to monitor and optimize AI workloads. In this role, you will implement observability for GenAI systems, leveraging Arize AI and OpenTelemetry to provide tracing, logging, and performance monitoring across distributed environments. Our goal is to ensure transparency, reliability, and actionable insights for AI-driven platforms.
YOUR TASKS
- Configure and implement Arize AI for AI workload observability.
- Enable tracing, logging, and performance monitoring for GenAI systems.
- Integrate OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and telemetry pipelines.
- Set up alerting and anomaly detection for AI workloads.
- Collaborate with platform and AI teams to ensure observability standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry)
- Strong background in cloud-native infrastructure (Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with GenAI systems and performance metrics
- Basic Python knowledge for SDK integration and custom observability scripts
