YOUR ROLE

You'll help our clients achieve breakthrough performance by implementing AI-powered solutions across their supply chain operations. Your expertise will transform how organizations manage orders, logistics, global trade, and customer service, creating measurable business value and competitive advantage.

YOUR TASKS

• Driving Agentic AI projects, including (but not limited to) AI strategy, roadmap development, value creation, and operating model design, commercial and tech assessments.
• Identification and implementation of O2D specific use cases, balancing technical AI fluency with deep domain knowledge.
• Supporting business development, including leading preparation of pitches and presentations, working closely with internal/external stakeholders, clients across the organization.
• Supporting AI initiatives and go-to-market for variety of sectors.
• Collaborating across Capgemini practices and geographies to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions.
• Contributing to practice development initiatives, supporting our focus on creating a great workplace (e.g., upskilling broader team on AI).

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and executing technology transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Deliver processes (order management, logistics, global trade management, customer service).
• Business strategic thinking combined with understanding of AI technologies (e.g. machine learning, GenAI, Agentic AI) and their business applications.
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with stakeholders at the managerial level, managing diverse interests and expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command of the English language in both spoken and written form.
