Your Role

As a Python Automation Framework Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing scalable automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability across systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into broader development and deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop robust automation frameworks using Python.
• Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Debug and optimize Python code; integrate with Shell, PowerShell, and GoLang scripts.
• Implement DevOps principles and leverage tools for automating deployment and managing applications on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Contribute to full-stack development initiatives as needed.
• Work with provisioning solutions for Firmware and Operating Systems including Ubuntu, Tiber, and Windows.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation framework development.
• Strong expertise in Python programming and debugging.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Shell, PowerShell, GoLang.
• Solid understanding of OOAD design and development methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, containerization, cloud automation).
• Knowledge of Firmware and OS provisioning solutions is a plus.
• Exposure to full-stack development (frontend/backend) is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in Python, DevOps, or Cloud technologies are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation and collaboration.
