Your Role

  • Development & Configuration

    • Design and develop custom applications and modules within ServiceNow.
    • Configure workflows, forms, fields, and UI policies to support ITSM processes.
    • Customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and APIs.
  • ITSM Process Implementation

    • Implement and optimize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
    • Align solutions with ITIL best practices.
  • Integration & Automation

    • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Automate workflows and business processes using Flow Designer and scripting.
  • Maintenance & Support

    • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.

Your Profile

  1. JavaScript Proficiency

    • Backbone of ServiceNow development for scripting and automation.
  2. ServiceNow Scripting

    • Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  3. Glide API Knowledge

    • Used for server-side scripting and database operations.
  4. HTML, CSS, and AJAX

    • For customizing UI elements and building responsive interfaces.
  5. REST/SOAP API Integration

    • To connect ServiceNow with external systems and services.
  6. Workflow and Flow Designer

    • Designing and automating ITSM processes.
  7. Service Catalog Development

    • Creating and managing catalog items, workflows, and request fulfillment.
  8. Reporting and Dashboards

    • Building visualizations for performance tracking and analytics.

9. ITSM Modules Expertise

    • Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
