YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will:

  • Support and contribute to the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow SPM modules for both national and international clients;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts , and project managers, throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform updates and SPM trends, applying new knowledge to improve solution quality;
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused team environment.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 3 years of experience working with and configuring ServiceNow SPM modules, such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, or Financial Planning;
  • Good understanding of portfolio and program management principles;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Hands-on experience with configuring SPM modules;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach to work.

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow CSA / SPM certification or relevant training;
  • Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid project methodologies in ServiceNow.
