Your Role

• Develop and document the overall testing strategy for the engagement
• Create and manage detailed test plans aligned with delivery timelines
• Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure high performance
• Oversee test execution and ensure timely defect resolution
• Collaborate closely with development teams for issue analysis
• Coordinate testing activities between internal and external teams
• Identify and allocate necessary testing resources effectively
• Communicate testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders
