Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst with 10–12 years of experience in the Corporate & Investment Banking domain. This role is pivotal in driving strategic alignment across business units, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and supporting ESG initiatives within the Commercial Data Platform.

• Act as a strategic liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are clearly defined and aligned with ESG and CIB goals.
• Lead the definition, validation, and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured and delivered through the data platform.
• Support data governance and quality initiatives to enhance commercial insights and ESG reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate & Investment Banking, with exposure to ESG-related data initiatives preferred.
• Proven ability to operate in a strategic capacity, coordinating across multiple business units and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of data platforms and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
