Test Manager - Banking

Your Role

• Manage all phases of testing across the delivery lifecycle
• Own client test phases and coordinate with SDPs for execution
• Ensure timely delivery of agreed test artefacts and documentation
• Develop and maintain robust test strategies aligned with project goals
• Create detailed test plans covering scope, timelines, and resources
• Drive end-to-end test planning and execution across suppliers
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure quality outcomes
• Report test status and risks to stakeholders regularly

• Strong expertise in test strategy development and implementation
• Proven ability to create comprehensive test plans
• Experience in multi-supplier environments and complex delivery models
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing processes
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and delivery timelines
• Collaborative mindset with leadership in cross-functional teams
• Adaptable to dynamic project needs and evolving requirements.
