YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a qualified Master data management manager to be a part of our company.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- This position will manage MDM operations across geography with wider scope of masters - product, customer, vendor, price, promotion, tax, APO masters, Outlet master, Rebates & Discounts.
- This role should be in a position to admin and lead the portfolio with a size of 60 resources
- Capable of driving master data quality checks and govern the master life cycle related activities
- Ensures controls in accuracy, finance control and timeliness
- Work closely with the business to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations
- Handle escalations, business reviews, support improvement programs and business priorities
- 10/12 Years Exp in the area of master data and supply chain.
YOUR PROFILE
- Very strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard creation
- Industry knowledge of Manufacturing and FMCG
- Ability to lead and motivate teams working in a diverse multi-cultural environment
- Highly effective stakeholder management skills
- Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
- Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed
- Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation
